Crystal oscillators in the MS11xx family from Mixed-Signal Devices are factory-programmed to deliver any frequency between 100 MHz and 2000 MHz with sub-Hz resolution. The oscillators provide integrated RMS jitter of only 25 fs typical (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and total stability of ±20 ppm.

The MS1100A, MS1100B, and MS1100C oscillators offer single, dual, and quad-frequency operation, respectively, and support CML, LVDS, LVPECL, and HCSL output formats. All three parts come in 5×7-mm, 8-pin LGA packages. They operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and require a 1.8-V supply.

Other oscillators in the series include the MS1120A, MS1120B, and MS1120C, which provide frequencies between 10 MHz and 1000 MHz with RMS jitter of 50 fs. These single, dual, and quad parts offer a choice of packages, including 2.5×2.0-mm and 3.2×2.5-mm LGA.
